Serendeputy Privacy Policy

We built Serendeputy from the ground up to be a useful tool for the open web, without all the stalking, surveillance and spam.

Here are the details:

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from (the “Site”).

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and any of Serendeputy's cookies that are installed on your device. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

“Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and include an anonymous unique identifier. Serendeputy uses cookies to maintain your session state and prevent you from having to sign in every time you come to the site. Serendeputy only uses "first-party" cookies -- nothing from external sites. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit

Serendeputy serves no third-party cookies and embeds no trackers.

“Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information.

We use your personal information and the interactions you make on the site -- bookmarking tags, clicking links, searching, etc. -- to provide you the newsfeed engine functionality.

We do not share your information with any third parties, nor use it outside the context of the Serendeputy application.
